Outdoor Walk-and-Talk
Gentle outdoor sessions in natural spaces across Anglesey.
Support shaped around you.
At Stable Minds Your Safe Space Wales, we are committed to creating calm, compassionate and human spaces where people feel safe to talk, connect and be supported without judgement.
Support is shaped around each individual. We take time to understand what feels accessible, manageable and meaningful so support feels safe and achievable.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach at Stable Minds Wales. Support is adapted around individual needs and preferences — because no two people experience the world in the same way.
A simple, clear pathway from first contact to beginning support.
Walking alongside someone can often feel easier than sitting across from them in a traditional therapy room. Walk-and-talk therapy offers gentle emotional wellbeing support within natural outdoor spaces across Anglesey, helping individuals feel more grounded, relaxed and connected whilst talking through difficult thoughts, emotions or life experiences.
Flexible support designed around what works best for each person — the pace, the route and the conversation.
We provide compassionate, trauma-informed emotional wellbeing support for children, young people and adults. Our approach is person-centred and neurodiversity-aware, recognising that everyone experiences the world differently and that support should adapt around the individual.
We recognise that many neurodivergent individuals and families face additional barriers when trying to access support. Our approach aims to create calm, flexible and understanding environments that feel emotionally safe and free from judgement.
As the organisation develops, we hope to work alongside schools, community groups and local organisations across Anglesey to support emotional wellbeing within local communities.
Support does not always look the same. We work with individuals in a range of ways depending on what feels most helpful and accessible for them.

We are committed to reducing barriers to support across Anglesey. That means taking support into communities rather than expecting people to come to a fixed location.
As the organisation grows, we aim to develop accessible wellbeing support within community settings, working alongside schools, local organisations and residents.
As Stable Minds Your Safe Space Wales grows, we hope to continue expanding our offer — developing new community wellbeing initiatives, supporting schools and families, and creating more accessible spaces across the island.
Future funding will help us reduce barriers further, increase our outreach reach and build the kind of community-embedded support that Anglesey deserves.
Stable Minds Wales is being developed with the community, not for the community. Complete our short community survey below and help influence what comes next.
